Crust:
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 Tbsp. sugar
6 Tbsp. melted butter
Filling:
1 ½ lbs. cream cheese, cream and add:
1 c. sugar
½ tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
Bake at 375 for 20 minutes
Top Layer:
2 c. sour cream
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix and pour over hot cake and bake again at 450 for 10-15 minutes.
