Chocolate Frosting

1/2 c. melted butter (no substitutions)
1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 lb powdered sugar
1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat ingredients together on medium speed until light and fluffy.
